Tuna, pea, spring onion and cheddar rostis
If you struggle getting canned fish into your little one (I know I definitely do) then make sure you check out these delicious tuna rostis. Easy to make and a great way of getting some crucial nutrients and protein in, as well as some great nutrients from the peas, cheddar and spring onion.
- 3-4 large white potatoes, peeled
- 3-4 spring onions, peeled
- 100g frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon of dried or fresh dill
- 160-200g drained tuna
- 100g grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons plain white flour
How To Make It
Step 1.Grate 3-4 potatoes and squeeze out the juice.
Step 2.Add a few chopped spring onions, the peas, tuna, grated cheddar cheese, eggs and 2 tablespoons of white flour.
Step 3.Mix with your hands then shape into discs. Fry for 3-4 mins each side then serve.
