Prawn, Halloumi and Pea Gnocchi
One of my favourite family dishes at the moment this always gets hoovered up. Blend to a puree for baby as the gnocchi is a bit tricky for small fingers.

Ingredients
- 30g butter
- 200g fresh gnocchi
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 500ml passata
- 120g frozen peas
- 200g halloumi, grated
- 300g prawns
- Juice of 1 lemon
How To Make It
Step 1.
Cook the gnocchi in the butter, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, basil and oregano for 3-4 minutes in a pan.Step 2.
Add the passata and cook for another 2-3 minutes before adding the frozen peas.Step 3.
Add the halloumi and cook for another 2-3 minutesStep 4.
In a separate pan cook the prawns with the remaining garlic and a splash of olive oil. Cook until pink then mix into the gnocchi and serve.
