Prawn, Halloumi and Pea Gnocchi

One of my favourite family dishes at the moment this always gets hoovered up. Blend to a puree for baby as the gnocchi is a bit tricky for small fingers.

  • 30g butter
  • 200g fresh gnocchi
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 500ml passata
  • 120g frozen peas
  • 200g halloumi, grated
  • 300g prawns
  • Juice of 1 lemon

How To Make It

  • Step 1.

    Cook the gnocchi in the butter, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, basil and oregano for 3-4 minutes in a pan.
  • Step 2.

    Add the passata and cook for another 2-3 minutes before adding the frozen peas.
  • Step 3.

    Add the halloumi and cook for another 2-3 minutes
  • Step 4.

    In a separate pan cook the prawns with the remaining garlic and a splash of olive oil. Cook until pink then mix into the gnocchi and serve.
