Courgette and Cheese Wholemeal Loaf
Delicious and best eaten warm from the oven with some butter on top! A great way of sneaking in some veggies for the little ones.

- 225g wholemeal flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 courgettes, grated
- 200g cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 75g butter
How To Make It
Step 1.Melt the butter, allow to cool and whisk in the eggs and milk.
Step 2.Sieve the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and add the courgette, cheese, cayenne pepper and salt.
Step 3.Pour the egg mix into the bowl and mix well with a spoon (don’t whisk).
Step 4.Line a bread tin with baking paper, pour the mix in then cook at 160 for around 45 minutes.
