Throw everything chicken and veg pasta
A throw everything together left in the fridge meal here but boy did it taste good. Cheap and cheerful and totally family-friendly.

Ingredients
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100g frozen peas
- 1 courgette
- 1 green pepper
- 300ml passata
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 100ml chicken stock
- 300g pasta such as penne or fusilli
- Parmesan for topping
How To Make It
Step 1.
Dice the chicken and cook for 5 minutes in a pan, then set aside.Step 2.
Put the pasta on to boil.Step 3.
Dice an onion and cook for a few minutes then add the crushed garlic and dried herbs.Step 4.
Dice the courgette and pepper and add to the pan along with the peas.Step 5.
Add the passata, the cooked chicken and stock and simmer for around 10 minutesStep 6.
Mix in the cooked pasta then top with parmesan
