Sloppy Guiseppe Pasta
Now, I personally believe that a sloppy guiseppe is the best pizza around so I decided to make it into a family friendly pasta dish and it's honestly one of the best things I've ever done!

Ingredients
- 350g pasta such as rigatoni
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 green pepper
- A few chestnut mushrooms
- 700ml passata
- 100ml beef stock
- 200g mozzarella
- (dried chillies, optional)
How To Make It
Step 1.
Boil some pasta on the side, I'm using rigatoni here as that's what I had in the cupboard and I wanted to use a big pasta to catch the sauce.Step 2.
In a pan brown around 500g of minced beef then set aside.Step 3.
Then dice an onion and a few cloves of garlic and fry together for a few minutes along with a teaspoon each of dried basil and oregano.Step 4.
Next dice a green pepper and a few chestnut mushrooms then add to the pan.Step 5.
Pour over a 700ml bottle of passata and 100ml beef stock. Add the mince back in and simmer for 20 mins or so.Step 6.
Next up add the drained pasta to the pan and stir in a ripped ball of mozzarella. Stir well then serve and lick the plate clean.Step 7.
I added some dried chillies to the adult portions, if I wasn't cooking for little people I would have added a chopped chilli or two at the onion stage.
Serve & Enjoy
