Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4-6 slices of bacon
- 1 courgette
- 1 carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 1x 400g can of chopped tomatoes
- Approx 3-400g spaghetti
- Parmesan for grating
How To Make It
Step 1.
Dice up an onion and a few cloves of garlicStep 2.
Then dice up 4-6 slices of bacon, add to the pan along with a diced courgette, carrot and red pepper.Step 3.
Stir in the tomatoes and simmer. Meanwhile cook the spaghetti.Step 4.
When the spaghetti is cooked, add to the pan, mix then serve with parmesan. Serve in a big bowl and let everyone dig in. If you're serving for toddlers break the spaghetti in half, if for a baby puree the vegetables and bacon.
