Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
  • 700ml passata
  • 360g pasta such as macaroni
  • 150g frozen peas
  • 200g raw prawns
  • Around 200g fresh mozzarella

How To Make It

  • Step 1.

Dice an onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Fry in a little olive oil with some dried oregano.
  • Step 2.

Add a 700ml bottle of passata. Boil some pasta on the side, I'm using macaroni here but any is fine.
  • Step 3.

After a few minutes when the passata has reduced a little stir in 150gish of frozen peas and cook for another minute or so.
  • Step 4.

Add 200g of prawns and cook for another 2 minutes. Drain the pasta, add to the dish and add in a ripped ball of mozzarella. That's it!

Serve & Enjoy
