Ingredients
- 100g grated cheese
- 150g self-raising flour
- 100g salted butter
How To Make It
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan) and line a baking tray with parchment.Step 2.
In the mixing bowl, crumble 75g grated cheese with your fingers to make it as fine as possible. Remove 25g and set to one side.Step 3.
Add 150g self-raising flour, followed by 100g cubed, salted butter into the remaining cheese, then bring it together with your fingers until a dough is formed.Step 4.
Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out with a roller to a thickness of about 5mm, then cut out rounds using a round cutter or the top of a glass.Step 5.
Place onto the baking tray, then sprinkle each biscuit using the remaining 25g of crumbled cheese.Step 6.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden, then allow to cool before serving.
