Ingredients
- 1 peeled pear
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 5cm piece of ginger
- Three teaspoons of soy sauce
- Three teaspoons of sesame oil
- 400g minced beef
- 360g white rice
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 60g mange tout
- Chopped spring onion and sesame seeds for garnish
How To Make It
Step 1.
Whizz together a peeled pear, 2 cloves of garlic, a thumb of ginger, three teaspoons of soy sauce sauce and three of sesame oil. Mix it into 400g minced beef then set aside for 10 mins or so.Step 2.
Cook some white rice. Meanwhile dice and cook an onion, a red pepper and some mange tout. (Any veg works really).Step 3.
Then add the beef to the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes, add a splash if water if you need. Top with spring onion and sesame seeds. For adults add some sriracha.
