Live Cookalong for Mutti Italian Tomatoes

Mutti reached out to me to run a 1hr cookalong on my Instagram page to promote their tomato-based cooking products. Their brief was to showcase how their products are not just for cooking Italian food, so I decided to demonstrate a prawn jalfrezi using their cooked tomatoes.

As well as creating the recipe and the ingredients list I was responsible for promoting the cookalong to my audience, selecting and inviting a guest to do it with me, referencing several key facts about the brand live on-air and obviously doing the cookalong to my audience.

Live cookalongs are something I really enjoy doing as you get to interact with your audience so much more. They are always popular as you can add in so many tips and tricks to really make the dishes fly.
